Lilly was founded more than 140 years ago and established in Europe in 1934. With over 9,000 employees in Europe, our commercial activities span across the continent. In addition, Lilly has a considerable R&D and manufacturing presence located across four sites in Europe: Alcobendas, Spain; Fegersheim, France; Kinsale, Ireland; and Sesto Fiorentino, Italy.
